Austin Blaski earned four varsity letters for the Etta Express and was selected in the 21st round of the 2012 Major League Baseball draft by the Milwaukee Brewers. He was named an All-Star in the Midwest League in 2013.
Blaski helped the Pioneers to NCAA Division III National Championships in 2011 and 2012 as the Etta Express swept the OAC regular season and tournament titles, as well as the NCAA Regional crown.
The 2012 NCAA National Pitcher of the Year, Blaksi’s list of honors is quite extensive including twice being named the OAC Kent Tekulve Pitcher of the Year, three-time first team All-OAC, two-time All-Region and earning All-America recognition from the American Baseball Coaches Associate (ABCA) and D3baseball.com in both 2011 and 2012.
Blaski graduated with a degree in Sport Management. He is currently employed as an accountant manager with Grainger. Blaski and his wife Jessie have two children, Jace and Ellie.
