Volleyball junior middle blocker Maggie Fellers (Alliance, Ohio / Marlington) became the first player in program history to be named the AVCA Division III National Player of the Week after leading Marietta to a pair of OAC wins. She was also named the OAC Offensive Player of the Week. Fellers recorded a triple-double in Marietta's sweep of Mount Union with 14 kills, 10 blocks, and 13 digs. She finished the week by hitting .606 on 21 kills, with only one error, in a four-set win over Wilmington. For the week, Fellers averaged 5.0 kills, 1.57 blocks and 3.29 digs per set. She amassed 35 kills with only three errors in 66 total attacks for a .485 attack percentage.
