Junior forward Corrie Burkhardt (Zanesville, Ohio/Philo) averaged 17.0 points and 6.5 rebounds last week as the Pioneers split a pair of OAC games. Burkhardt scored 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in the Pioneers’ 74-51 win over rival Muskingum. She poured in a career-high 26 points, pulled down 9 boards and had 5 steals in MC’s double overtime loss to Ohio Northern. For the week, Burkhardt shot 57.7% (15-of-26) from the floor, 66.7% (2-of-3) from three-point range and 100% (2-of-2) at the line. She recorded 7 steals and dished out 4 assists.
