AUSTINTOWN, Ohio — The Ohio Athletic Conference office released its weekly awards and Marietta College junior Brian Pallini (Medina) was named the OAC Field Athlete of the Week.
Pallini had a successful night at Friday (Feb. 1) night’s OAC Relays, which were hosted by Ohio Northern University. The throws specialist won the Weight Throw competition, which was an exhibition event, with a mark of 14.71m, just missing the school record by less than a millimeter.

Marietta track & field will return to action Friday (Feb. 15) afternoon when the team competes at the Marietta Open Alumni Meet during Winter Weekend.
