| Entry Deadlines |
Entries must be received by Wednesday, September 12 to facilitate data entry. Entries may be mailed, faxed, or emailed. |
| Awards |
Top two teams, top 15 individuals. Awards and results will be distributed after the men’s race at approximately 12:45 p.m. at the tent by the finish line. |
| Scoring |
Top five runners score; sixth and seventh runners displace. Individuals on incomplete teams and additional runners beyond seven per team are excluded.

| Course |
The course could be classified as challenging. The layout is mostly flat and rolling grass paths that are 3-5 meters wide throughout with a few uphills and downhills, and is 99% on grass. There are 3 very brief road crossings. The course runs through open fields and adjacent to wooded areas and agricultural fields. There is also a small creek crossing. Spikes are highly recommended.

| Facilities |
Portable restroom facilities will be available near the start/finish line. Showers will be available in the lower level of the Dyson-Baudo Recreation Center on campus (three miles from course). Please provide your own towels and locks.

| Athletic Training |
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be available throughout the day. Water and ice will also be available. |
| Parking |
Parking will be available in the two gravel lots adjacent to the starting area. We will reserve spaces next to the start/finish area for team vans. Buses should park in the larger lot just off route 821 next to GWB Specialty Foods. Parking attendants will assist in directing your vehicles to the appropriate spaces. |
| Results |
Complete results will be compiled as quickly as possible after the completion of the races and available at the awards presentation.
Results will be emailed to each school's sports information director and posted on the Web page at http://pioneers.marietta.edu. |
